Holiday 2015: What’s on your Menu?

Note: Any of the follow can be cooked on 350-400 degrees comfortably. Add and reduce heat for desired taste and texture. Keep flavored mixed with liquid (Seasoned water) and to the side, add as you desire.

Mixing too much salt and vinegar will give your food a sure punch!

Lamb Roast!

Recipe:
What’s Needed?

Lamb Rack; Chops; Roast.
Crock Pot; Oven Roast
Aluminum Foil

Seasonings:
Salt
Lemons
Rose Merry
Lemon Juice
Lemon Pepper
Liquid Smoke
4 Table Spoons of Mustard
Pepper (Black or Chili).
1 Red Onion
Butter or Olive Oil

You can Marinade your Lamb in Lemon Juice or Lemon Marinade with a touch of Liquid Smoke.

Blend all of your seasonings together! Make the consistency of a standard rub. (Not too Wet or Liquid!)

Rub the seasoning all over roast! Make the layer of seasoning as thick as you desire.

With baster or other meat seasoning tool, insert seasoning directly into meat.Foil the bottom or your pan. Place your roast on top. No foil needed for a crock pot.

Pre- Heat your over to 325-350°

Cover the Lamb with foil. Periodically base it with the lemon juice as it juices. Be sure to let it make its own juices but keep the flavor by using the juices or marinara.

Whole Chicken

Grape; Apple; Blueberry; Cream; Cinnamon; Tomatoe.

Get the crispy crust of your dreams! Add olive oil to the top skin of your chicken before seasoning and get the crust of majesty!

Grape Whole Chicken:

Blend Seasoning Mix
1 White Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
Creole Seasoning
Pepper for Spice (Optional)
2-3 Green & Red Grapes packs
Pineapple juice
Very Light Salt
Thyme herb
Vinegar (Optional)1-3 Tablespoons
Wine or Brandy
Butter or Olive Oil

No marinade needed, but recommended for best flavor results.
Pre- Heat Oven to 325°-350°

Soak Grapes in Wine or Brandy Chicken with the Soaked Grapes!

Apple Whole Chicken:
Blend Seasoning Mix:
4 Whole Apples
Vinegar
Celery
Peeled Cucumber
Garlic
White Onions
Red, Orange, & Yellow Bell Peppers. (Ample Amount)
Butter or Olive Oil

Seasonings:
Very Light Salt
Creole Seasoning
Mrs. Dash
Pepper

Season Chicken with blended mix. Lift skin of Chicken. Season above and below skin. Stuff chick with Apples.

Blueberry Whole Chicken:

Blend Seasoning Mix:
1-2 Pack Blueberries
1 Vine of Red Grapes
Pineapple Juice
Brandy or Wine
Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
2 White Onions
1 Half Pack Fresh Celery
2 Tomatoes

Blend just enough for your bird! Keep at a thick hardy consistency!

Season Chicken with blended mix. Lift skin of Chicken. Season above and below skin. For best result let bird sit in seasoning overnight. Pre-Heat Oven to 325°-350°. Cook until Golden Brown.

Pineapple Cinnamon Molasses Chicken:
Blend Seasoning Mix:

Cinnamon (Few Table Spoons)
Thyme
Pepper
2 White Onions
Vinegar (1/4)
Liquid Smoke (Optional/ Small Quantity)
1 Cup Pineapple
1 Tomato
Salt & Pepper

Updated: 2/5/2016
Butter or Olive Oil
1 Whole Lemon (Optional)

Bake on 325°-350° degrees until bird is brown and sauce creates a thick molasses of flavor.

Cream Whole Chicken
Blend Seasoning Mix:

2 Cans of fresh Cream of Mushroom Soup
Rose Merry
1 Red Onion
Salt & Pepper
Hint of Creole Seasoning

Blend just enough for your bird! Keep at a thick hardy consistency!

Season Chicken with blended mix. Lift skin of Chicken. Season above and below skin. For best result let bird sit in seasoning overnight. Pre-Heat Oven to 325°-350°. Cook until Golden Brown.

Tomatoe Whole Chicken

Blend Season Mix:
2 Cans or 6 Fresh Tomatoes
2 Onions
3 Cloves of Garlic
Rose Merry
Lemon
2 Caps full of your Choice of Vinegar (Optional for more Tang).

Blend just enough for your bird! Keep at a thick hardy consistency!

Season Chicken with blended mix. Lift skin of Chicken. Season above and below skin. For best result let bird sit in seasoning overnight. Pre-Heat Oven to 325°-350°. Cook until Golden Brown.

Turkey

The Turkey Legs or Turkey Ham during the holiday season are the most awesome!

Turkey Ham Ingredients:

Pineapple and Apple Juice
Brown Sugar
Salt
Honey
Pineapple chunks

Slice the top of your meat. Base with sauce while Cooking.

Place in a foil cover pan. Heat oven to 375°-400°.

Beef

Pot Roast and other beef entries are gold! Who doesn’t love some tender and juicy beef brisket? English Cut Ribs? Or just some juicy steak! Beefing up the Holidays!

Crock Pot: Pot Roast!

Fill your Crock Pot with Carrots, Celery, Tomatoes, potatoes, and a brisket roast of your choice.

Hot side dishes this year are Greens, Mac & Cheese, Candy Yams, Jasmine Rice, Dressing, & Gumbo.

Candy Yams

Take Oven baked Yams until tender soft. Dice them into squares. Add butter, brown sugar, honey, banana, pince of salt, hint of pineapple juice.

After letting the ingredients simmer together on a low stove, for about 15 min; place in a glass baking pan.

Place in the oven on 375°

Melt some Brown Sugar, Butter, hint of pineapple juice, fresh honey, vanilla, and half a banana. Let it melt into a boil, after about 10 min pour over the top of your yams.

Once your yams are almost golden brown, put marshmallows along the top of the yam and mix a decent amount throughout your yams to obtain your desired sweetness. Cook until golden brown!

Kool Aide Cake! Tangy Sensation!

A cool holiday dish is the Kool Aide Cake! Try a Cherry and Cherry! Pink Lemonade and Lemon! Cool Blue and Purple! Also great as a cup cake treat!

Take one pack of Kool Aid.

A vanilla pack of Cake mix of your choice. Add one pack of unsweetened Kool Aid.

A vanilla or cream cheese pack of frosting. Add one pack of unsweetened Kool Aid or for less of a kick add a little more than half.

Make as a double stacked sensation with frosting in the middle.

If your going Vegan for the holiday and keep various greens like Spinage and meatless greens. Mixing tomato, herbs, oils, butter, nuts, breads, olives and cheeses with your greens makes a green Holiday diet awesome!
